Thank you for joining the Lost Tribes Clothing Family!

If you have a product/products you would like to return or exchange please follow the instructions below.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Products purchased from Lost Tribes Clothing may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.  All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you believe you received a product that is defective, firstly let us apologise.  Please submit a return request and attach a photo of the defective product.  Once your request is approved, please return the defective product to us and we can send a new one to you.

MIS-PACKED ORDER:  If you received a product that differs from what you ordered, we apologise.  Please submit a return request and include the details for the product you received instead (style name, color, size).  Once your request is approved you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item you received.  Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will re-send the product you originally ordered.

 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT EXPOS OR SPECIAL/EXCLUSIVE EVENTS 

 

AFTERPAY

When paying via AFTERPAY, the final amount may differ from the amount displayed, as the exchange rates are calculated on a daily basis by afterpay.

 

SHIPPING

Our aim is to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Tracking numbers, if applicable, are included in dispatch confirmation emails.

 

NZ

All orders will be sent via NZ Courier Post. This will be a Tracked shipping at the time of checkout.  Tracking details will be in “completed order” confirmation emails. 

Orders placed after 4pm (NZ time) will be sent out the following business day.

Please note, this is a business day service. Any orders placed over a weekend will not be processed  until the following Monday.

Orders are generally received within 3-5 business days

Delivery when using this service can take up to five working days. If your order has not arrived within the time frame, please email customercare@losttribesclothing.com and we will help to resolve this immediately.

 

AUSTRALIA

 

International shipping orders will be sent via NZ Courier Post. This will be a standard door to door service provided by NZ Courier Post.

Please note, this is a business day service. Any orders placed over a weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Orders are generally received within 7-10 business days

Delivery when using this service can take up to ten working days. If your order has not arrived within the time frame, please email customercare@losttribesclothing.com and we will help to resolve this immediately.

 

CUSTOMS

In the circumstance that taxes, tariffs or a handling cost are required, it will be your responsibility to make payment prior to receiving the goods. Please note, if payment is not made for whatever reason, your order will be returned to Lost Tribes Clothing and a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
